Is infidelity the new rage? WTF? People wonder why romance is so popular, but maybe it's because they are tired of seeing men [and women] act like a bunch of shitheads.
I mean, if you get married and have kids... you need to honor something, don't you?
Jiminy Cricket.
So, I got to thinking. Have you ever read a book that featured a cheater? I can narrow that down, have you ever read a ROMANCE novel that featured a cheater.
How did that cheater redeem him/herself? Was it the hero or heroine?
Bottom line.
Do you think redemption is possible?

Holiday Boobs
I have the pleasure of living next door to a cop. A rookie, as a matter of fact. Lucky me, I get to hear all his stories... like the woman he arrested who wanted to friend him on facebook or the kid who swiped a DS from someone at the library than ran, only to be unfortunate enough to cross headquarter's parking lot at the shift change.
And today, some dumb shit ran on a misdemeanor. My neighbor ran him down, hurdling fences on the way. Phew! Nice job, Officer. Turns out, this guy was arrested a couple of years ago for using a machete on his girlfriend's dog because....
the woman loved the dog more than him
...and he got 2 years probation. Not this time, buddy! Sheesh. It's just make-you-shiver scary what's out there. Doesn't it?
I swear, holidays bring out the crazies, don't they?

The New Direction
What do you do when life throws you curves?
Do you run and hide? Is it easy to ignore the pain or the hurt?
When Stacy finally hits bottom she is on a much needed vacation with her husband. But she isn't about to run. Using whatever antics at her disposal, she commits to taking a new direction in life. What she doesn't realize is that her husband has also decided to take a new direction...and it's leading them towards shuffle board and bridge nights.
She doesn't just want her life back, she wants long days in the sun followed by passionate nights in bed. Unfortunately, convincing her military trained husband that they still got it is harder than she anticipated.
